Vision Carrières

Inclusion and social equity

Since 2014, Montréal Relève has been working with CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre, l’Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille (INLB) and la Fondation En Vue de l’INLB to meet a need for professional exploration of adolescents. and young adults living with a visual impairment.

Thanks to the Vision Carrières program, there are approximately 15 teenagers and young adults every year who benefit from one week internships in a sector of interest. Internships are tailor-made for participants who use INLB.

Vision Carrières also allows partner organizations to test their integration strategies and become familiar with a pool of potential labor. Click here for the list of internship partners.

Vision Carrières is made possible thanks to the financial support of la Fondation En Vue de l’INLB.
